First off let me intoduce myself. I am David Walters and I am the owner of neraksgifts.com. I set up this blog not only as a way to intoduce neraksgifts.com to you but also as a way for people to interact with us. It is important to me that we focus on customer service. I believe as well as does everyone associated with our business that if we focus on helping the customer then our customers will help us by buying our products.

It is not enough though to say we believe in customer service. We hear that from every business every day. Words without actions mean nothing. That is why at neraksgifts.com we stand by everything we sell. If a customer is not happy with anything bought from us all they have to do is return it and we will refund their money. That is just one of the ways we serve our customers. Another way we help our customers is to offer discounts off our regularly low prices. Right now there is a 20% discount on all products that we offer online.
